As one of the pioneers of the CrossFit movement in the UK, FORM has been helping individuals achieve their fitness goals via the CrossFit methodology since 2010.
Already an experienced CrossFitter?
You’ll discover a dedicated world-class strength and conditioning facility, with an old-school urban feel, exposed brick and pretty much all the equipment you need to knock out that WOD. Our box is jammed-packed with all the equipment you could want and offers one of the best workouts in Yorkshire.
For CrossFitters eager to enter competitions, we provide a COMPETE program featuring specialised workouts to get you comp-ready and our legendary FORM FITNESS SERIES COMPETITIONS are the best box based, no qualifier competitions in the UK.
We also boast an EPIC community spirit. Our FORM family trains together, sweats together and succeeds together.
Crossfit newbie?
Known for being one of the world’s most epic fitness regimes, CrossFit is not for the faint-hearted. But that doesn’t mean you have to be an athlete to be part of a CrossFit community. Every level of athlete is welcome and all workouts are scalable so that they match the needs and abilities of each individual.
Our highly experienced CrossFit coaches are here to show you the ropes so you can focus on smashing those WODs (CrossFit speak for workout of the day!).

FUNDAMENTALS
After your Taster Session, we ask everyone to complete our 6-session Fundamentals Course before your membership begins.
This course gives you all the movements to prepare you for both our FORM60 and CrossFit programmes.
Pearls of wisdom from our expert coaches will ensure you have the knowledge to move safely and efficiently in all your workouts. The course will improve your core skills and movement so you can achieve your goals safely and more efficiently in classes
TASTER SESSION
We know the gym can sometimes be a daunting place. But don’t let that stop your fitness journey. Book a FREE Taster Session at FORM to check out the facilities and sample the training, and we’ll show you that training can be fun and rewarding.
Taster Session Essential Info:
One hour sessions (arrive 10 min early for a catch up)
Bring your training gear, no special kit required
Sessions are for everyone, no skills/experience required
We have shower facilities, hot and cold drinks and free parking on site

I started with average fitness and below average strength but within a matter of weeks I began to see a marked difference.
FORM / CrossFit focuses on technique and continuous improvement, so each session was varied which helped to keep things interesting, but also pushed me to achieve things I never thought possible.

I’m Sarah, a 28 year old Physiotherapist. Growing up I was part of the England netball U18 development squad. Post university I took up long distance running which soon became mundane. My partner encouraged me to try CrossFit in 2019, since then I’ve never looked back!
My favourite part of the box is the people, the laughs, the accomplishments and the high fives! Since joining Form I’ve made lots of new friends and continue to build stronger connections through fitness. Training in a group environment inspires me to work harder than I would ever push myself. The thing I’m most proud of is the growth I’ve seen in myself as an individual. Not only has my physical strength improved but it’s given me more confidence outside of the gym. CrossFit has taught me to embrace failure because ‘failing’ is part of growth and growth is part of life!
Outside the box my hobbies include drinking coffee, brunching and cooking. Basically anything food related!

As a busy working mum, FORM is a great option for my lifestyle. I have always been a member of a gym, but needed to re motivate myself having just returned to work from maternity leave.
I joined FORM Leeds in Dec 2016, after some (gentle) persuasion from my husband and completed my Fundamentals Course over the Christmas holidays (when I couldn’t use work or childcare as a convenient excuse!).
Currently I follow the FORM program and have PT once a week, with the relentless Kevin Jackson.
For me FORM is like therapy, it’s my happy place where I relish the opportunity to be selfish and
focus on myself and my well being. Its ability to lift my mood is incredible, even when I’m doing
countless burpees, running anything more than 400m or trying sooo hard to do a pull up.
My journey has been one of continual improvement, where I have seen my fitness, strength and confidence increase considerably.
Thank you FORM for providing me with great coaches, a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and most importantly a great bunch of new friends… Oh, and the ability to now do a handstand as my party trick!

- Then complete our 6-session Fundamentals course which will arm you with all the skills you need to train with us, safely and at your best.
13 sessions per month
- STANDARD MEMBERSHIP: Our standard 13 Sessions/pm membership is just £75 per month – that’s only £5.80 per class.
- NEXT LEVEL MEMBERSHIP: Want more sessions? Our 20 Sessions/pm membership at £95 per month is even better value with each session at only £4.75!
