The best way to get started is to book a NO SWEAT intro or you can jump straight into our Fundamentals Course. If you’re an experienced CrossFitter, we will get you to complete our1-2-1 movement analysis.
Then you’re ready to become a fully fledged member! We have flexible options that work for your life and your fitness goals. Simply select the monthly membership option that best suits you and join quickly and easy through our online booking system.

GET STARTED TODAY AT THE UK’s TOP CROSSFIT GYM
BOOK your NO SWEAT intro. This is an informal chat where we can show the gym and the facilities, chat about the classes and membership, as well as outline your goals and experiences. We will be able to get you setup on the right pathway and book you in for your first private session.
THE FUNDAMENTALS. We will teach you the skills and movements necessary to workout efficently and achieve your goals.
MEMBERSHIPS. Once you have completed the fundamentals its time to choose your membership option. Choose either 13 sessions, 20 sessions or unlimited. Our team will set you up in-house.

- 5 x 1-2-1 private coached sessions and 31 days unlimited training
- 10 x 1-2-1 private coached sessions and 31 days unlimited training
- 13 x coached sessions per month
