Then you’re ready to become a fully fledged member! We have flexible options that work for your life and your fitness goals. Simply select the monthly membership option that best suits you and join quickly and easy through our online booking system.

Send us a quick email, letting us know if you want to book a Taster Session, Fundamentals Course or a Drop-In Session and the dates that works for you. One of the team will then be in touch.
We have Taster Sessions every week and you are welcome to attend any of them. They last 1 hour and are a great way to get started!
After your Taster Session, we ask everyone to complete our 6-session Fundamentals Course before your membership begins.
This course gives you all the movements to prepare you for both our FORM60 and CrossFit programmes.
Pearls of wisdom from our expert coaches will ensure you have the knowledge to move safely and efficiently in all your workouts. The course will improve your core skills and movement so you can achieve your goals safely and more efficiently in classes.
Experienced and looking for a Drop-In Session?
You’re welcome to come along to any of our FORM60 or CrossFit classes.
Drop In: Single Class – £10
Drop In: Fast Class / HIIT – £7
Membership is flexible, paid monthly and there’s no 12 month contract to sign, no termination fees or penalties for cancelling your membership.
Book the number of coached sessions per month to suit you, choose either 13 sessions, 20 sessions or unlimited sessions per month.
If a month is a little too long term, then pick up a batch of 10 classes and we’ll throw two in free. Simply ask at reception or email email@example.com and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

- Have you been doing CrossFit for a while? Interested in adding some extra volume into your training? The FORM Compete program will give you a weekly structure around our current CrossFit program. You will be given extra conditioning, strength, accessory and gymnastics movements.
OLYMPIC WEIGHT LIFTING
- With classes Monday and Wednesday. Platform use only at £65 per month.
